Если AM, IS, ARE, HAVE got, HAS got стоят в предложении, то для отрицания к ним добавляется NOT, а для вопроса они выходят на ПЕРВОЕ место в предложении. Для всех остальных слов, обозначающих ДЕЙСТВИЕ, на помощь приходит DO
